Impulse worked with our client to design an overflow tank for a heavy duty vehicle. The design consisted of working withing space restrictions of the engine compartment as well as insuring minimum and maximum fluid volumes were achieved during multiple use scenarios. We also insured moldability and manufacturability of each component and worked through the assembly steps of the product.
